Tilly graduated from the Massage Therapy program with honours from Georgian College in 2025. She is passionate about helping people feel their best by promoting movement and educating clients about their pain. Tilly is dedicated to continuous learning and ensures each appointment is evidence-based, thoughtful, and supportive.

Before pursuing Massage Therapy, Tilly worked as a Personal Support Worker, where she gained experience caring for individuals with dementia and a variety of other conditions. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time outdoors, weightlifting, and crafting.
